Avrohअवरोह
A raag's descending scale — the sequence of notes used coming from high to low.
Also spelled avaroha. A raag’s avroh is often, but not always, the exact reverse of its aaroh — some raags use different notes or a different path ascending versus descending, which is part of what gives each raag its identity.
